How far in advance should I Book my Hair and Make-up?
We suggest you secure your date as soon as possible. We are booked up most Fridays and Saturdays in the spring and summer, so the sooner you get on our books the better.
What areas do you cover?
We cover The Netherlands and Flemish Belgium and Brussels. Please enquire even if you live outside the
designated areas. We may charge a travel fee but this will be included in your quote.
What if my wedding is abroad?
If you just want The Beautiful Bride Company to do your wedding, we would be happy to personally discuss travel arrangements and charges for anywhere outside The Netherlands or Belgium. We regularly do weddings in France for Dutch or Flemish brides.

How can I book a bridal package?

Can I receive a proposal before I do a final booking?
All our prices are on our website. If you would like to receive a personal proposal please fill in our online bridal proposal form.
Do you calculate travel expenses?
Travel expenses are included in our prices. We only calculate extra travel expenses if the distance between the trial location and the location on the wedding day is quite far. We also charge an extra fee for locations outside our designated areas. If we charge an extra travel fee we will always inform you in advance!
How could I check your availability?
Within 48 hours we receive your online bridal booking form we will send you a confirmation by email.
How does it work for my hair & make-up (on-location) on the trial and my wedding day?
We are able to come to the location of your choice. Whether it is at a hotel or your own house, we will transform any space into a salon. We can accommodate your entire bridal party, including all guests. All we need is a table and good lighting.
Is the bridal stylist I see on the trial going to be the person I see on the wedding day?
What will happen on my wedding day?
Everything will be arranged with you on the trial to fit in with your needs. We usually arrive a bit before the agreed time to set up. The bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom and then the bride will get ready so that the others are ready to help the bride get into her dress!!
What if my bridal stylist is ill on my wedding day?
Should your bridal stylist have an accident or become unwell we guarantee another excellent bridal stylist! So back-up is available. Our bridal stylist keeps records of every trial run . . . so your perfect look can be achieved.
Why is it important for the bridal stylist to come to us?
This is a very simple answer: Stress! On your wedding day there is so much happening that the last thing you want to worry about is fighting traffic to go get your hair done in one place, and your make-up in another. Furthermore, we specialize in working with brides and wedding parties. We customise each look to the client's liking, but we are also experts in how the make-up and hair should be done to get the best results in the photos.
What if I live in another country?
Many of our brides come from other countries. This makes it sometimes impossible to do a trial. Our photos on the site speak for themselves and anyone booking can feel confident that we will make them look as wished for.
Can I book a touch-up in the early evening?
Touch up service is essential for brides especially for early start weddings. A stylist travels to your venue to touch up and beautify your wedding bridal hair and make-up for the whole bridal party.
How do I have to pay?
We will send you an invoice after you have booked your bridal package. We kindly request you to transfer 30% of the total fee within two weeks after you have received the invoice. The rest have to be paid within 2 weeks after the trial and before your wedding day.
Why do I have to leave a 30% deposit?
Please note that the deposit is required to secure a wedding day booking. This will be deducted from your final payment. Deposits (30% of the fee) are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
How does The Beautiful Bride Company guarantee the quality of their bridal stylists?
All our stylists are very talented professional Hair and Make-up artists with lots of experience in bridal styling. Several times a year we train all our bridal stylists personally to be sure of their quality and we inform them about the latest trends. After every wedding we ask our clients about the service and quality via a survey. By doing this we can be sure we have the best bridal stylists! We do not accept poor quality from our stylists!
What if I am not happy with the trial?
Our bridal stylists will not be in no hurry, take as long as you like to get your "look" just the way you imaged it. If you are not happy after the trial we´ll do a second trial on our costs.
If our wedding will be cancelled or I have changed my mind, can I cancel the booking?
Yes, you can. Although we charge a fee depending on the time of cancellation:
- If you cancel within 7 days after the online booking we will not charge you any fee. Cancelations within 14 days after booking will be charged with € 35.00.
- If you cancel within 30 days before the trial and/or 60 days before the wedding we will charge you 30% of the total fee (deposit).
- If you cancel after the trial and-or 14 days before the wedding we will charge you 50% of the total fee.
- Cancellations after the trial and-or 7 days before the wedding will charged with 75% of the total fee. If you cancel later we will charge 100% of the fee.
Do I need to bring anything to the trial?
It is helpful if you have any hair accessories or a veil so we can work the look around these. Apart from that, we will bring everything you will need.
